The Choir use its considerable talents in support of fundraising ventures such as the Hamilton Spectator Summer Camp Fund, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Shelters for Abused Women, and helping with fund-raisers for Churches and Service Clubs.. They have performed with such luminaries as the Canadian Brass and the Central Band of the Canadian Armed Forces at venues such as Roy Thomson Hall, Toronto, Canada, the Great Hall in Hamilton Place, Hamilton, Canada, the Royal Albert Hall and Westminster Abbey in London, England. So what is it that makes the COMC such a popular musical group? Is it... Their big sound? The unique voicing? Their multicultural makeup? Their unswerving commitment to charitable organizations? The strength and quality of their repertoire? Their continuous and ongoing production of quality recordings? The unmatched accompaniment of Krista Rhodes?
