Music Director, Janice Moro

Janice, the Canadian Orpheus Male Choir's Music Director is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Music School. The foundation of her music career began at the age of 6 when she commenced her piano leassons and has continued throughout her life. Janice is an accomplished musician at many levels. In addition to being an experienced choral director she is also a singer, songwriter and pianist.

Janice is a multi-faceted person with a wide range of interests, accomplishments and talents. Apart from her musical roles, she is the mother of two young children. She is currently the Executive Director of Home Suite Hope, a non-profit organization established to assist the homeless. She is deeply committed to charitable causes and, believing in making a difference for the better in the community, serves on various community boards.

Janice's wide range of musical experience and charitable interest are a compatible fit with COMC's own commitment to musical excellence and partnering with charities and other music organizations to make a difference for the better for our communities.
